- Lymphatic Area : lymphcapillary(1-11/2 inch,3-4cm)·Î ±¸¼ºµÇ¾î ÀÖ´Ù. overlap and form plexus or network over surface of Entire
body below the epidermis (also called " intial lymph Vessel plexus")
- Lymphatic territories : Small areas of the skin are joined together by capillaries
and precollectors : Area of skin drained by the collectors of a single
lymphatic plexus : Made up by several collectors that are responsible for the
drainge of same body area. : Running in juxtaposition and draining into the same
reginal lymph node groups. : Bordered by lymphatic watersheds. : Originates at watershed and go to regional LN. * Exremities¿¡¼´Â bundleÀ̶ó°íµµ Çϰí ü°£¿¡¼´Â Quadrants¶ó°í
ÇÑ´Ù.
- Lymphatic watershed : Between these territories are interterritorial zone with
few vesseles : The passage of lymph from one lymphatic plexus to the next
is possible only via initial : Vascular network of the watershed area : A linear structure on the skin that is almost free of
lymph collectors. 1st W: Sagital(from the top of the Cranium to the Bottom of
the Perineal area. This is anterior and posterior(also Medial watershed) 2nd W: Horizontal or Transverse(originates Anterior at the
naval to the Posterior T12, L1. Lateral boundary: Last rib. 3rd W: Clavicular .Spine of scapular( originates mediastinum
and clavicle ,out to the acromium, around posteriory to the C7; Travels along
spine of scapular 4th W: Glutial(orginates Apex of Sacrum,around middle of
buttocks,down medial thigh,stoping at popliteal fossa. # Collectors orginate at the watershed and run straight to the
reginonal Node.
- Anastomosis : Connection of one vessel to another. : Connectors anstomosize to each other to bridge
territories. : Occurs when you form a straight line from any two regional
locaton of nodes. A-A-A=Anterior Axillo-Axillary anastomosis A-I =Axillo-inguinal A-I-I=Anterior Inter-Inguinal P-A-A=Posterior Axillo -Axillary P-I-I=Posterior Inter-Inguinal
